Stuffed Aubergine

I bought aubergines and didn't know what to do with them so baked the edges whilst sauteing the middle with onions and garlic then mixing with tuna, tomatoes, bread crumbs and oregano then topping with pine nuts and feta and baking for 20 mins. Much nicer than I was expecting!

Vietnamese Banana Cake

I didn't like the cake that much it was a bit custardy for me but the frosting I made with chocolate and peanut butter was good!
